Privacy notice
Gold Minded Rentals LLC collects the information needed to rent you a vehicle: your name, contact details, date of birth, address, driver's license details and photo, a selfie for identity matching, proof of insurance, booking history and payment records. Payments are processed by PayPal; GMR never sees or stores your full card number.
ID and insurance files are stored privately and are viewable only by GMR staff for verification, claims and legal compliance. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS and telematics as disclosed in the rental agreement.
We do not sell your personal information. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, insurance and tax purposes, by emailing info@goldmindedrentalsllc.com.
